Retail purchases through third-party marketplaces

SandX LLC uses this website primarily for company information, product information, and installation support. When you purchase an S&X product through Amazon or another third-party marketplace, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are handled under the policies shown on the marketplace listing and in your marketplace account. Please use the order support tools provided by the marketplace where the purchase was completed.

Wholesale, distributor, and direct business orders

Returns, replacements, and credits for wholesale, distributor, sample, or other direct business orders are governed by the written quotation, invoice, purchase order, or agreement accepted for that transaction. Contact SandX LLC promptly after delivery if products are damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the agreed specifications.
