Retail marketplace orders

This website is primarily a product information and support site and does not process consumer checkout. Shipping options, charges, delivery estimates, tracking, taxes, and delivery restrictions for retail orders are displayed and managed by the Amazon or other third-party marketplace listing where the purchase is completed.

Wholesale, distributor, and direct business orders

For direct business transactions, shipping method, origin, destination, lead time, freight charges, insurance, customs responsibilities, and delivery terms will be stated in the applicable written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order, or agreement. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Shipping questions

For questions about a marketplace order, use the order support tools on that marketplace. For direct business shipments, contact SandX LLC at alan@sandx.store and include the applicable quotation, invoice, or purchase order number.
